Information you choose to share

When you submit an assessment, we receive your name, email, company, business type, selected challenge, and description. Phone number and tools are optional. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, customer records, or other sensitive information.

How assessment information is used

We use it to review your request, discuss suitable services, and arrange a discovery call. Your consent covers follow-up about that request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Submitting the form does not book an appointment.

Service providers

Website hosting and configured submission services process the information needed to deliver this site and your request. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Assessment requests are forwarded to our configured business workflow service. We do not sell assessment information.

Optional analytics

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics, and only when configured. It may process page visits, navigation activity, browser information, and related technical information. Assessment answers, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not intentionally included in our custom analytics events. Declining analytics does not block access to the website or assessment.

First-party analytics

When configured and accepted, Umami analytics uses a first-party script and event endpoint on this website. Hosting request headers, including IP address, browser details, and coarse location supplied by the host, may be forwarded to our analytics service to understand site usage. This is subject to the same optional analytics choice.

Preferences and browser storage

Your browser may store your analytics choice under advancedai-consent. Use “Privacy preferences” to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics loading after the page reloads; it does not automatically erase existing provider cookies. You can clear those through your browser settings.

Demo and calendar status

The Ada demonstration and online calendar are placeholders at present. This site does not request microphone access or create calendar bookings through those placeholders. Their privacy information will be updated when they are connected.

Retention and requests

We retain request information as needed to respond, provide services, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page and describe your privacy request without including sensitive information.
