I've been hooked on technology since I was a kid. I took things apart, figured out how they worked, and never really stopped. That curiosity turned into a career that's now about 15 years long.

I started in systems administration and IT management, then became Director of IT for a growing company, where I designed and built its custom ERP systems: first on Airtable, then a Python and Django platform once the business outgrew it.

Most recently I worked at n8n, one of the fastest-growing automation platforms. I started as a senior technical support engineer and went on to lead its enterprise support team across the US and Europe. I was the escalation point for its largest customers, including Fortune 500 companies, which meant solving hard automation problems at scale, often under real pressure.

Now every bit of that experience goes into my clients' work. At AdvancedAI.tech I start with the problem: where time is leaking, what's slowing the team down, and what keeps breaking. Then I design and build the solution, whether that's an AI agent, an automated workflow, or a custom tool, using n8n, Python, JavaScript, Supabase, Docker and Kubernetes. I handle every project personally, from the first call to support after launch.
