Start with a free discovery call#

We begin with a free discovery call. You tell us about the work that takes up time today — things like follow-up, scheduling, moving data between tools, or answering the same questions over and over.

We will ask how you work now, which tools you already use, and what a better version of that process would look like. There is no need to switch systems. We work with the tools you already have, such as your CRM, email, spreadsheets, and other business apps.

You get a custom proposal#

After the discovery call, we send a custom proposal. Every project is different, so the proposal is based on what you need built. It describes the work, how we would approach it, and what happens next.

Nothing is built until you review the proposal and decide to move forward.

We build the solution#

If you go ahead, we design and build the AI agents, workflow automations, or AI assistants for your project.

We use leading AI models like OpenAI and Claude, picked to fit the job. The goal is software that can take repetitive work off your team's plate — for example looking things up, updating records, sending follow-ups, or completing a multi-step task — using the tools you already rely on.

Training when we launch#

When the build is ready, we launch it and train you and your team to use it confidently. You do not need a technical background. We handle the build and walk you through how it works in day-to-day use.

Support after launch#

Every project includes 90 days of support after launch. If you need more help after that, additional support can be arranged.
